Our Story

From crunching numbers to pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities, our illustrious and varied careers began in the corporate world where we honed our skills as an accountant (Joe) and a manufacturing engineer(Denise) for over 10 years working for major multinationals including Kerry Group, Motorola, Intel, Fujitsu and Tyco Electronics.

Following this, our financial acumen and entrepreneurial curiosity led us to venture into the world of self-employment in the retail sector and for close to two decades, through relentless drive, together we built a thriving enterprise from the ground up employing 28 dedicated staff and achieving multi-million euro turnover, whilst accumulating many awards for excellence in retail standards along the way.

However, we were not content to rest on our laurels, so recognising a new opportunity and eager for a fresh challenge, we chose to divest from our successful retail business. At the end of a lengthy and arduous due diligence process, we completed a successful exit of our business and disposed of it to an Irish-owned, family run, oil and forecourt business.

Following a six month semi-world tour with our four children through UAE, Southeast Asia, China, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and USA, with a passion and an understanding of market dynamics and a drive to create a lasting impact in our community, we ventured into the property sector through a number of carefully planned and strategically timed property acquisitions in the residential and commercial sectors.

Having assembled a robust property portfolio focused on providing top-quality long-term rental accommodation to families and individuals, we continue to build our property portfolio and serve the residential rental sector, combining premium quality accommodation and an excellent property management offering.
